LCCD Review Fees and NPDES/ESCGP-3 Fees

NPDES and ESCGP-3 Permits require a filing fee, disturbed acreage fee and LCCD review fee. Projects under an acre of disturbance require a review fee for LCCD to process an E&S adequacy letter.
