E&S Plans

Plans are required when disturbing an area greater than or equal to 5,000 square feet.

A written E&S plan is required to be placed on site for projects proposing greater than or equal to 5,000 square feet of disturbance. Projects with any amount of disturbance in a special protection watershed must develop and implement a written E&S plan. Some municipalities require these E&S plans to be approved by the Conservation District. Contact the municipality in which your project is located to determine if a review and approval of the E&S plan by the Conservation District is required.
