Individual E&S Control Permit

Timber harvesting and road maintenance activities require a permit when disturbing an area 25 acres or more.

A person proposing timber harvesting, road maintenance activities, and some oil and gas activities (as determined by the DEP) that involve 25 acres or more of earth disturbance over the life of the project shall obtain an Individual E&S Control Permit under Chapter 102 prior to commencing the earth disturbance activities.
