We provide reviews to ensure PA state compliance requirements.

Sometimes consultants, boroughs, townships, and County or State agencies request verification in writing of baseline compliance of state requirements such as Manure Management Plans and Agriculture Erosion and Sediment Control Plans. District services include reviewing new or existing Agriculture Erosion & Sediment Control Plans (Ag E&S), Manure Management Plans (MMP), Nutrient Trading Programs, and Pennsylvania Resource Enhancement and Protection (REAP) applications.

Plans submitted to the District will be reviewed for Pennsylvania baseline compliance including adherence to implementation schedule, record keeping requirements, administratively completeness, and technical correctness.
